T/T/Partners producing office announces new promotions

T/T/Partners (TTP), a management and producing office behind many productions on Broadway and beyond, under the leadership of Adam Miller and David Turner, has announced several promotions.

TTP has promoted longtime team member Brittany Weber to the role of general manager. Weber has been a part of the company since 2008 and brings 18 years of management experience to her new position, which includes general-managing “Operation Mincemeat,” as well as a number of upcoming productions. Weber’s Broadway credits also include “The Hills of California,” “Merrily We Roll Along,” “Leopoldstadt,” “Company” and “Mean Girls.”

Additionally, Jessie Douglas and Garrett Holtz have been promoted to senior associate general managers, and Marty McGuire has been named associate general manager.

“We are thrilled to recognize the incredible leadership and dedication of Brittany Weber, Jessie Douglas, Garrett Holtz and Marty McGuire as they step into these well-deserved new roles,” said partners Turner and Miller in a statement. “We believe in nurturing talent from within, and these promotions are a testament to the passion and excellence each of them brings to our work. We remain committed to supporting artists with integrity, clarity, and a deep respect for the creative process — values that have guided us since the very beginning.”

TTP manages a wide range of production elements while preserving the creative vision of artists. From general and company management to executive producing and consulting, TTP provides the structure and support necessary to bring theatrical works to life.
